Why Gather Together?

One of the hardest parts of expat life is believing you're the only one struggling.

A group setting creates a space where women can share experiences, gain insight, receive support, and discover that many of the challenges they face are deeply human responses to living between worlds.

Often, healing comes not only from being understood, but from understanding others.

About the Facilitator

Hi, I’m Stef.

As a third culture kid raised in New York and then as an expat as an adult, I have lived between cultures, traveled extensively, and built a life across countries. I understand firsthand the complexity of belonging.

Drawing on psychodynamic, relational, and depth-oriented perspectives, I facilitate conversations that help participants explore identity, relationships, cultural transitions, and personal growth.
